Savings for an average home of $300,000 assessment will be from $21-$102 PER YEAR

Cost of the shift to the business owner or commercial property owner for those shifts are  $171-$849 PER YEAR

Question 2 Residential Exemption – depending on the percentage adopted – Primary residents of Barnstable will see a savings of $189 - $407 PER YEAR

The cost of the shift to non-residents would be $111 to $234 PER YEAR
